Enquiries
When you contact us, your name, email, optional phone number, enquiry type and message are emailed to the club through Gmail, together with the submission time and page. We use these details to respond to your enquiry.
The website temporarily uses connection information to limit repeated submissions and prevent spam. Please avoid including sensitive personal or medical information in a general enquiry.
Membership forms and other services
The membership form is hosted by Tally and loads on the Register page. Information entered there is handled by Tally on the club’s behalf. See Tally’s privacy policy for its data practices.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them. Instagram photos on this site are stored here; visiting a source link takes you to that service, where its own privacy and cookie policies apply.
