Imara Aquatics scored 3,124 points at the 2026 Uganda Aquatics National Swimming Championship, finishing 33 points ahead of the defending champions after four days of racing at Kampala International School of Uganda.
The result was built across the team. Imara’s boys collected 1,806 points, while swimmers across several age groups added important performances to the combined score.
Team captain Ampaire Namanya credited individual improvement and a growing team culture. Head Coach Ezra Kalali highlighted teamwork, organisation, and the belief that steady work together can produce exceptional results.
