Imara Aquatics’ working board met Uganda Aquatics representatives at Rovis Complex to discuss the federation’s expectations and the club’s place in Uganda’s aquatics ecosystem.
The discussion covered the structures that help clubs remain stable and accountable, including assemblies, athlete committees, safeguarding policies, strategic planning, and meaningful parent involvement.
For Imara, responsible governance supports what happens in the water: a safer environment, clearer leadership, and a club designed to serve swimmers over the long term.
